sec.76 Waterways management program
Section 19 does not apply for the financial year that starts on 1 July 2012 and ends on 30 June 2013. To the extent that a waterways management plan relates to a period occurring before 1 December 2013, the program need not include the matters required under section 19(2)(a) or (c).
