sec.71 Review of Gold Coast Waterways Authority’s operations
As soon as practicable after the end of each 3 years of the authority’s operation, the Minister must review the operation of the authority (each a three-yearly review ). The first three-yearly review must be undertaken as soon as practicable after the day that is 3 years after the commencement of this section. Each three-yearly review must include a review of— the way, and the extent to which, the authority has performed its functions; and whether the functions of the authority remain appropriate for giving effect to the purposes of this Act. (sec.71-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after the end of each 3 years of the authority’s operation, the Minister must review the operation of the authority (each a three-yearly review ). (sec.71-ssec.2) The first three-yearly review must be undertaken as soon as practicable after the day that is 3 years after the commencement of this section.
