sec.7 Meaning of Gold Coast waters and Gold Coast waterways
The Gold Coast waters are all of the waters within the following areas— the Gold Coast City local government area; the area near the mouth of Currumbin Creek described in schedule 1 , section 1 ; the area near the Gold Coast Seaway described in schedule 1 , section 2 ; the area near the mouth of Tallebudgera Creek described in schedule 1 , section 3 . The Gold Coast waterways are all of the waterways in Gold Coast waters. (sec.7-ssec.1) The Gold Coast waters are all of the waters within the following areas— the Gold Coast City local government area; the area near the mouth of Currumbin Creek described in schedule 1 , section 1 ; the area near the Gold Coast Seaway described in schedule 1 , section 2 ; the area near the mouth of Tallebudgera Creek described in schedule 1 , section 3 .
