The authority’s employees are to be employed under either of the following, as stated in the employee’s instrument of appointment— the Public Sector Act 2022 ; or section 65 . s 64 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3
- (a) the Public Sector Act 2022 ; or
- (b) section 65 .
