sec.55 Presiding at meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present. If the chairperson is not present, the following member is to preside— the member chosen by the chairperson; otherwise—the member chosen by the members present. (sec.55-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all board meetings at which the chairperson is present. (sec.55-ssec.2) If the chairperson is not present, the following member is to preside— the member chosen by the chairperson; otherwise—the member chosen by the members present.
