sec.48 Vacation of office of appointed member
The office of an appointed member becomes vacant if the member— completes a term of office; or resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or is removed from office as a member under section 50 .
- (a) completes a term of office; or
- (b) resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or
- (c) is removed from office as a member under section 50 .
