sec.4 Relationship with other Acts
This Act does not affect the operation of the following Acts— the Fisheries Act 1994 ; the Marine Parks Act 2004 ; the Maritime Safety Queensland Act 2002 ; the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 ; the Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Act 1995 ; the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Act 1994 . This Act does not affect the functions or obligations of a local government under the following laws— the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995 ; the Local Government Act 2009 or a local law made under that Act; the Planning Act 2016 . s 4 amd 2016 No. 27 s 265 (sec.4-ssec.1) This Act does not affect the operation of the following Acts— the Fisheries Act 1994 ; the Marine Parks Act 2004 ; the Maritime Safety Queensland Act 2002 ; the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 ; the Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Act 1995 ; the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Act 1994 . (sec.4-ssec.2) This Act does not affect the functions or obligations of a local government under the following laws— the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995 ; the Local Government Act 2009 or a local law made under that Act; the Planning Act 2016 .
- (a) the Fisheries Act 1994 ;
- (b) the Marine Parks Act 2004 ;
- (c) the Maritime Safety Queensland Act 2002 ;
- (d) the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 ;
- (e) the Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Act 1995 ;
- (f) the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Act 1994 .
- (a) the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995 ;
