sec.25 Person must comply with waterways notice
A person must comply with each requirement of a waterways notice, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it. Maximum penalty— for a contravention of a requirement of a waterways notice about the movement or mooring of, or activities on or by, a watercraft—100 penalty units; or otherwise—25 penalty units.
- (a) for a contravention of a requirement of a waterways notice about the movement or mooring of, or activities on or by, a watercraft—100 penalty units; or
- (b) otherwise—25 penalty units.
