sec.27 Retrenchment of shift worker
If an employee who is a shift worker is to be retrenched— the employee must receive, until the retrenchment, at least the average loadings that applied to the roster the employee would have worked had the employee not been retrenched; and other payments to the employee under this part must also be based on this principle.
- (a) the employee must receive, until the retrenchment, at least the average loadings that applied to the roster the employee would have worked had the employee not been retrenched; and
- (b) other payments to the employee under this part must also be based on this principle.
