sec.26 Early separation incentive payment
If the company approves an employee’s early separation, the company must pay the employee an early separation incentive payment. The early separation incentive payment is 13 weeks’ pay at the all purpose rate. The early separation incentive payment is additional to the retrenchment payment mentioned in section 28 .
