sec.17 Centrelink must be notified of redundancies
After consulting with the employees and their representatives, the company must notify Centrelink in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cwlth) , section 530 of the number and details of employees who will be affected by the redundancy. In this section— Centrelink means the Department of State of the Commonwealth that is administered by the Minister administering the Human Services (Centrelink) Act 1997 (Cwlth) . (sec.17-ssec.1) After consulting with the employees and their representatives, the company must notify Centrelink in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cwlth) , section 530 of the number and details of employees who will be affected by the redundancy. (sec.17-ssec.2) In this section— Centrelink means the Department of State of the Commonwealth that is administered by the Minister administering the Human Services (Centrelink) Act 1997 (Cwlth) .
