sec.15 Redundancy notice
If the company decides a role is redundant it must promptly notify the employees in the role and their representatives of— the reasons for the role becoming redundant; and the location and description of the redundant role; and the number of employees to be affected by the redundancy.
- (a) the reasons for the role becoming redundant; and
- (b) the location and description of the redundant role; and
- (c) the number of employees to be affected by the redundancy.
