sec.7 Enforcement of State agreement
The State agreement may be enforced only by, or for, a party to the State agreement or a successor or permitted assign of a party. Subsection (1) — applies subject to the Property Law Act 2023 , section 68 ; and does not apply to the enforcement of a law that applies under, or is amended by, the State agreement. s 7 amd 2023 No. 27 s 289 sch 3 (sec.7-ssec.1) The State agreement may be enforced only by, or for, a party to the State agreement or a successor or permitted assign of a party.
