sec.12 State bodies authorised to act under transaction documents
A State body mentioned as a party to an agreement that is a transaction document— is authorised to make the agreement; and may do all things necessary or convenient to enable it to perform its obligations and exercise its entitlements under the agreement.
- (a) is authorised to make the agreement; and
