##### 28 Duty may be sued for
(1) Any gift duty unpaid may be sued for and recovered in any Court of competent jurisdiction by the Commissioner, a Second Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner suing in his official name.
(2) In subsection (1), gift duty also includes additional gift duty under section 27.
