121 Release of factual information

S. 121(1) amended by No. 55/2010 s. 70.

(1) This section applies to any information given to the Minister under this Act by the holder of an authority, but it does not apply to interpretive information.

(2) The Minister may release any information to which this section applies at any time after the expiry of 1 year from the information collection date.
