sec.48 Geothermal producer may apply for amendment of geothermal royalty decision

A geothermal producer may apply to the Minister to amend a geothermal royalty decision. The geothermal producer’s application must be made at least 60 business days before the first day of the royalty return period to which the proposed amended geothermal royalty decision would apply. Sections 45 (3) and 46 apply to the application as if the reference in the provisions to the geothermal royalty decision were a reference to an amendment of the geothermal royalty decision. (sec.48-ssec.1) A geothermal producer may apply to the Minister to amend a geothermal royalty decision. (sec.48-ssec.2) The geothermal producer’s application must be made at least 60 business days before the first day of the royalty return period to which the proposed amended geothermal royalty decision would apply.
