sec.30 Scientific or technical survey report
If a geothermal tenure holder carries out a scientific or technical survey for the tenure, the holder must, within 12 months after the completion day for the survey, give the chief executive a report about the survey (a scientific or technical survey report ) containing the information stated in schedule 1 , section 10 .
