sec.25 Production report
A geothermal tenure holder must, within 60 business days after the last day of each 6-month period for the tenure, give the chief executive a report for the tenure (a production report ) containing the information stated in schedule 1 , section 5 . In this section— 6-month period , for a geothermal tenure, means a following period during which the tenure is in effect, for all or part of the period— 1 January to 30 June; 1 July to 31 December.
