sec.22 Well completion report
A geothermal tenure holder must, within 12 months after the rig release day for a geothermal well in the area of the tenure, give the chief executive a report about the completion of the well (a well completion report ) containing the information stated in schedule 1 , section 2 . If the geothermal well is plugged and abandoned on or before the rig release day for the well, the well completion report must be accompanied by a well abandonment report for the well.
