sec.13 Notice of completion of hydraulic fracturing activities
This section applies if a geothermal tenure holder has completed hydraulic fracturing activities in the area of the tenure. The holder must, within 10 business days after completing the hydraulic fracturing activities, give the chief executive a notice stating the day the activities were completed.
