sec.12 Notice of intention to carry out hydraulic fracturing activities
This section applies if a geothermal tenure holder intends to carry out hydraulic fracturing activities in the area of the tenure. The holder must, at least 10 business days before starting the hydraulic fracturing activities, give the chief executive a notice stating the day the activities are to start.
