sec.11 Notice of completion of geophysical survey or scientific or technical survey
This section applies if a geophysical survey or a scientific or technical survey has been completed in the area of a geothermal tenure. The geothermal tenure holder must, within 10 business days after the survey is completed, give the chief executive a notice stating that the survey has been completed. For subsection (1) , a survey is completed when all of the raw data for the survey has been recorded. (sec.11-ssec.1) This section applies if a geophysical survey or a scientific or technical survey has been completed in the area of a geothermal tenure. (sec.11-ssec.2) The geothermal tenure holder must, within 10 business days after the survey is completed, give the chief executive a notice stating that the survey has been completed. (sec.11-ssec.3) For subsection (1) , a survey is completed when all of the raw data for the survey has been recorded.
