sch.2-sec.8 Requirement for packer left in well
A packer in, or adjacent to, a geothermal well that is not to be removed from the well must, if reasonably practicable— be made of a material that is intrinsically safe; and be adequately secured.
- (a) be made of a material that is intrinsically safe; and
- (b) be adequately secured.
