96 Operator must report serious accident or critical incident (1) As soon as practicable after the operator for a geothermal authority area becomes aware of the occurrence of a serious accident or critical incident in the area, the operator must notify the Minister of the occurrence. (2) If the operator gives oral notification under subsection (1), the operator must also give the Minister written confirmation of the occurrence as soon as practicable after the oral notification.
