76 Minister's certificates (1) A certificate, purporting to be signed by the Minister, certifying a matter relating to information recorded in the register is admissible in a proceeding as evidence of the matter certified. (2) The Minister may supply a person with a certificate mentioned in subsection (1) if the person: (a) applies in writing for the certificate; and (b) pays the fee prescribed by regulation for the application.
