52 Annual report (1) A geothermal authority holder must give the Minister an annual report about the geothermal activities conducted under the geothermal authority. (2) The regulations may prescribe any matter relevant to the annual report, including the following: (a) the form and content of the report; (b) the time, in relation to the calendar year or term of the geothermal authority, when the report must be given.
