51 Payment of fees (1) A geothermal authority holder must pay fees in relation to a geothermal authority as prescribed by regulation. (2) The regulations may prescribe any matter relevant to the payment of fees, including the following: (a) an amount (of a fixed sum or as calculated) payable for a particular matter; (b) if an amount is to be calculated – the method of calculation; (c) the way in which payment may be made. fees includes rental payments.
