45 Compensation for future act If the grant or renewal of a geothermal authority is a future act to which section 24GE of the NTA applies, the geothermal authority holder must reimburse the Territory for any amount of compensation paid by the Territory under the NTA to the native title holders whose native title rights and interests are affected by the future act. Note The Minister may also require a security under section 61.
