28 Requirement for commercial viability report (1) If required by the Minister, a licence holder must give the Minister a report about the commercial viability of the geothermal energy resources within the licence area. (2) The report must be given to the Minister within: (a) 90 days after the date of the requirement; or (b) the further period allowed by the Minister on the written request of the licence holder for an extension of time.
