123A Licence not personal property For section 8(1)(k) of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth), each of the following is not personal property for that Act: (a) a geothermal authority; (b) a geothermal authority interest. Note for section 123A A law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory may declare a right, licence or authority granted by or under that law not to be personal property for the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
