116 Guidelines (1) The Minister may publish guidelines relating to geothermal authorities and geothermal activities.
Geothermal Energy Act 2009 55 (2) The guidelines may be published on the Agency's website or in any other way the Minister considers appropriate. (3) The guidelines may apply, adopt or incorporate a standard, code or other document: (a) as in force or existing at a particular time; or (b) as in force from time to time.
