109 Impersonation A person must not falsely represent, by words or conduct, that the person, or someone else, is: (a) an officer or a person lawfully assisting an officer; or (b) an authorised person mentioned in section 115(2) or a person giving assistance mentioned in section 115(3)(b). Fault element: Intention to deceive. Maximum penalty: 400 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
