20 Transitional provision
> The persons holding office as appointed members of the board on the commencement of the amendment made to section 3 (6) by the [Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2001](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2001-112) continue to hold that office (subject to section 3) for the balance of the period of 5 years for which they were appointed.
