13 Appeal

[Regulation 13 Amended by S.R. 2024, No. 19, Applied:26 Jun 2024] A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Chief Officer under regulation 7A , 8 , 9 , 11 or 12 may apply to the Magistrates Court (Administrative Appeals Division) for a review of the decision.
