sec.7 Modification of Commonwealth gene technology laws
A regulation may modify the Commonwealth gene technology laws for the purposes of this Act. Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may provide that the Commonwealth gene technology laws apply under section 6 as if an amendment to the Commonwealth gene technology laws, made by a law of the Commonwealth and stated in the regulation, had not taken effect. (sec.7-ssec.1) A regulation may modify the Commonwealth gene technology laws for the purposes of this Act. (sec.7-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may provide that the Commonwealth gene technology laws apply under section 6 as if an amendment to the Commonwealth gene technology laws, made by a law of the Commonwealth and stated in the regulation, had not taken effect.
