sec.39 Continuing effect of accreditation under repealed Act, s 92
An accreditation given under the repealed Act, section 92, and in force immediately before the commencement— continues in effect as if it had been given under the corresponding provision of the applied provisions; and is subject to— the conditions mentioned in the repealed Act, section 94; and any conditions imposed by the Commonwealth regulator under the applied provisions.

- (b) is subject to— (i) the conditions mentioned in the repealed Act, section 94; and (ii) any conditions imposed by the Commonwealth regulator under the applied provisions.
