sec.35 Continuing effect of certification under repealed Act, s 84
A certification given under the repealed Act, section 84, and in force immediately before the commencement— continues to have effect as if it had been given under the corresponding provision of the applied provisions; and is subject to— the conditions mentioned in the repealed Act, section 86; and any conditions imposed by the Commonwealth regulator under the applied provisions.
