sec.32 Continuation of restrictions on varying particular GMO licences
This section applies to a GMO licence given under the repealed Act before or after the commencement. The repealed Act, section 71(2) and (2A) continues to apply to a variation of the GMO licence. (sec.32-ssec.1) This section applies to a GMO licence given under the repealed Act before or after the commencement.
