sec.16 Exclusion of legislation of this jurisdiction

The following Acts of this jurisdiction do not apply to the applied provisions— the Auditor-General Act 2009 ; the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; the Information Privacy Act 2009 ; the Ombudsman Act 2001 ; the Public Records Act 2023 ; the Public Sector Ethics Act 1994 ; the Public Sector Act 2022 ; the Right to Information Act 2009 ; the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 . However, if an entity of the State, other than the Commonwealth regulator, is exercising functions under the applied provisions, the Acts mentioned in subsection (1) apply to the entity. s 16 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 ; 2024 No. 33 s 107 sch 4 (sec.16-ssec.1) The following Acts of this jurisdiction do not apply to the applied provisions— the Auditor-General Act 2009 ; the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; the Information Privacy Act 2009 ; the Ombudsman Act 2001 ; the Public Records Act 2023 ; the Public Sector Ethics Act 1994 ; the Public Sector Act 2022 ; the Right to Information Act 2009 ; the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 .
