183 Review of decisions by Commonwealth administrative review tribunal (1) Subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (Cwlth), an eligible person may apply under that Act for a review of— (a) a reviewable decision made by the regulator personally; or
(b) a decision made by the regulator under section 181. (2) In this section: decision—see the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (Cwlth), section 4.
