150 Appointment of inspectors (1) The regulator may, in writing, appoint any of the following people as inspectors: (a) a public servant; (b) a person who is appointed or employed by the Commonwealth.
Monitoring powers Division 11.3 (2) In exercising functions as an inspector, an inspector must comply with any directions of the regulator. Note This section differs from the Commonwealth Act, s 150.
