91Application for accreditation

#### 91 Application for accreditation (1) A person may apply to the Regulator for accreditation of an organisation as an accredited organisation under this Division. > Note 1: The conditions of a licence may require supervision of dealings by an Institutional Biosafety Committee established by an accredited organisation (see paragraph 62(2)(m)), and the regulations may require such supervision of notifiable low risk dealings (see paragraph 75(2)(c)). > Note 2: The conditions to which an emergency dealing determination is subject may require supervision of dealings by an Institutional Biosafety Committee established by an accredited organisation (see paragraph 72D(2)(t)). (2) The application must be in writing, and must contain such information as the Regulator requires.
