#### 186 Revocation of declaration (1) The Regulator may, by written notice given to the applicant, revoke a declaration under section 185 if the Regulator is satisfied: (a) that the information concerned no longer satisfies paragraph 185(1)(a), (b) or (c); or (b) that the public interest in disclosure of the information outweighs the prejudice that disclosure would cause to any person. (2) A revocation by the Regulator under subsection (1) does not take effect until any review rights under section 181 or 183 in relation to the revocation are exhausted.
