151Identity card

#### 151 Identity card (1) The Regulator must issue an identity card to an inspector. (2) The identity card: (a) must be in the form prescribed by the regulations; and (b) must contain a recent photograph of the inspector. (3) If a person to whom an identity card has been issued ceases to be an inspector, the person must return the identity card to the Regulator as soon as practicable. Maximum penalty: 1 penalty unit. > Note: Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility. (4) An inspector must carry his or her identity card at all times when exercising powers or performing functions as an inspector.
