132Purposes of Account

#### 132 Purposes of Account Amounts standing to the credit of the Account may be expended: (a) in payment or discharge of the costs, expenses and other obligations incurred: (i) by the Regulator in the performance of the Regulator’s functions or in the exercise of the Regulator’s powers under this Act, the regulations or a corresponding State law; or (ii) by an inspector under paragraph 158(2)(e) or under a corresponding State law; and (b) in payment of any remuneration and allowances payable to any person under this Act or the regulations.
