sec.31 Application of sdiv 2
This subdivision does not apply if— QCA decides the issues for the proposed distribution network code are minor; or QCA reasonably considers that it is unnecessary or inappropriate to carry out the steps provided for under this subdivision. s 31 amd 2014 SL No. 338 s 44 (2)
