sec.26 QCA response to proposal
This section applies only when any requirements under section 25 relating to the proposal have been complied with. QCA must, within 2 months, decide whether or not it will submit the proposal for consultation under division 2 . If QCA decides to submit the proposal, QCA may submit it in any form it considers appropriate, with or without change. (sec.26-ssec.1) This section applies only when any requirements under section 25 relating to the proposal have been complied with.
