3 Definitions

In this regulation—

Code—see section 4(1).

exempt person means an exempt seller or other person exempted from the application of the National Energy Retail Law (NSW).

the Act means the Gas Supply Act 1996.

The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this regulation.
