sec.98 Compliance with remedial action requirement

A distributor of whom a remedial action requirement has been made must comply with the requirement to the reasonable satisfaction of the public entity that made the requirement. If the distributor does not comply with subsection (1) , the entity may take the relevant remedial action. In taking the remedial action, the entity must comply with any relevant provisions of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act and any other relevant law. s 98 amd 2004 No. 25 s 976 (sec.98-ssec.1) A distributor of whom a remedial action requirement has been made must comply with the requirement to the reasonable satisfaction of the public entity that made the requirement. (sec.98-ssec.2) If the distributor does not comply with subsection (1) , the entity may take the relevant remedial action. (sec.98-ssec.3) In taking the remedial action, the entity must comply with any relevant provisions of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act and any other relevant law.
